Farm E not For Me

In mid of Sept 2019 myself and Baba visited few villages of Haryana and Punjab and there we found very few farmers who started Organic farming and surprisingly they have been growing only in small piece of land for their own family.
When Baba ( Deepak Sachde) asked the reason they were happily explaining that they don't want their family to suffer from Cancer and by selling non-organic food they make good money to survive on their loans taken for kids study and abroad settlement.  Most of the houses in Punjab and Haryana has only elderly people and small kids live, as youngsters prefer farming as last resort. Being farmer is taboo in India and the one who has not done proper study will be left with only farming as profession, which they just do to take subsidy from government or expectation of getting interest free loan for other purposes. Finally, they left no where they just spend the money in alcohol or gambling.
Baba, really got annoyed by this behavior and he wanted to change the perspective, as usual we all started blaming ourselves for this situation and we were putting all thought process to pull these farmers from the menace of unethical farming practices. But again it can't be achieved without government support and reaching government is herculean task, as they are ready to allocate fund by they will not support or change the subsidy system we have in place.
As per recent data from internet the rate of agrarian growth declined over nine years, from 0.95 per cent in 2005-06 to 3.40 per cent in 2014-15, according to the Punjab government data. Only big farmers with more than 50 acres of land can afford the rising costs, but the capacity of small and marginal farmers continues to decline. But still we can’t say the wellness factor influenced in life of farmers completely as after Maharashtra, Punjab has the highest number of farmer suicides cases. In 2015, it reported 449 cases. According to a recent survey conducted by the state’s premier universities—Punjab Agricultural University (Ludhiana), Guru Nanak Dev University (Amritsar) and, Punjabi University (Patiala)—on the incidence of farmer suicides between April 2010 and March 2013, it has been revealed that at least 79 per cent of these suicide victims had less than five acres of land and 74 per cent of all farmer suicides were related to farm debt.
Interestingly, over 80 per cent of those who committed suicide were cotton growers. Over the years, the cotton growers faced crop failures because of whitefly attack and poor remuneration in both domestic and international market. Most suicide cases were reported in Bathinda, Barnala, Faridkot, Ferozepur, Mansa, Muktsar and Sangrur districts. The rural indebtedness in Punjab has touched Rs 80,000 crore, with each rural household in the state having an average debt of Rs 800,000. A recent government study suggests that more than 860,000 young men in the state, between the ages of 15-35, take some form of drugs.
Heroin is the most preferred, used by 53% of all addicts. But opium and synthetic drugs such as crystal methamphetamine are also common. Intensive farming has not only affected soil fertility but also created the need for a greater use of chemical fertilisers, which, in turn, contaminated the food chain and the environment.
We all know that the maximum nutrition i.e. 100+  absorbed by plants through root and root grows in soil so the main focus of any solution should start from soil and not from leaves or stems. Similarly, human as race evolved and originated from forest, we reached the state of consciousness within forest and most of the meditational & spiritual practices achieved or performed in forest where you directly gets connected to nature or your own self. Hence, our root should reach to forest to get maximum nutrition for our societal and cultural growth. There is strong scientific evidence that visiting a forest can improve your mood, your attention span, and even enhance psychological stress recovery.
Walking among trees can reduce levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, while improving mood and lowering anxiety. It also boosts the immune system from breathing in phytoncides (aroma of forest), which trees emits to protect themselves from germs and insects. Forest indirectly heal us and give us many natural medications, and increasingly inspire synthetic process. The asthma drug “theophylline” comes from cacao trees, for one, while a compound in eastern red cedar needles fights drug-resistant bacteria. About 70% of known plants with cancer-fighting properties occur only in rainforests, yet fewer than 1% of tropical rainforest plants have been tested for medicinal effects. Even just walking in the woods can offer you health benefits, too, including stress relief, reduced blood pressure and a stronger immune system.
Plants in forest environment creates Orchestration where each and every tree, herbs, shrub, creepers, climbers plays a role similar to the one played in any music band and creates positive energy and sound waves. A term called “Plant bioacoustics” refers to the creation of sound waves by plants and in forest the study done by Smith H in "Phytochromes and light signal perception by plants--an emerging synthesis" book clearly stated that bio-diverse forest has different plant types and leaves patterns helps to generate various kind of sound frequency which helps in healing of various mental and physical ailments in human being. The forests had two basic tree type layering, the lower layer averaging about 20-40 feet in height and it is variably open and closed, and the upper layer (75-100 feet in height) is usually open but joined by creepers and climbers. Hence, forest not only create different types of sound frequencies but they helps in retaining the harmony an orchestrated environment where each and every factor works in harmony and all the root, stems, leaves, birds, animals, insects, water resources and hills play a music which will be in rhythm to our mental and physical health cycle. That’s why you find in most of the meditational videos they record the forest or water flow sound to sooth one’s mind and some Psychological treatment these sounds played continuously to sooth the patient’s anxiety and eventually can cure the drug menace and suicidal tendency in youths in Punjab.
Music is something which sooth ones mind and body and it should touch the soul. Any random music played without synchronization of instrument creates Chaos and when it played in harmonious manner creates symphony. Similarly biodiversity in nature enhances symphony which directly linked to our Nakshatra and individual wellbeing.
In some of the spiritual places, Ashrams they creates Nakshatravanas (Nakshatra Forest) is a sacred grove consisting of 27 trees that are related to 27 Nakshatras of Indian Astrology. Anyone goes there and meditate will get immediate positive energy boost and specific tree related to individual’s Nakshatra creates sound frequency which triggers the nervous and circulatory system of the person. As per ancient Vedic sculpture the importance of trees was given by relating to specific Nakshatra and planting trees always considered as noble cause.
George Gurdjieff a famous philosopher, music composer has done extensive research in the field of music generated in nature and he linked the various sound frequencies from trees, instruments to human body and his music calmed various individuals of society. Even in spirituality its considered that all 7 Chakras gets stimulated by sound of various instruments by giving reference to Indian ancient Temple the instruments were kept in order to stimulate the Chakras of all the devotees visiting the temple. The drums affect the Mooladhara (the base chakra or the first chakra). The big and small drums, their effect is from the Mooladhara to Swadishtana(second chakra). The big wind instruments like trumpets affect the second to third chakra (Swadhisthana to the Manipura). Metallic sounds affect the Manipura to Anahata(the fourth chakra). The string instrument has its affects from the naval to the heart. Veena and Sitar – stringed instruments affects the Anahata (the heart chakra). Flute music, wind instruments and sometimes the piano sounds affect the Anahata toVishudhi (the throat chakra). Bells, sounds of water, bird songs, very soft and subtle sounds have its effects from throat to the Agna Chakra (in between the eyebrows). Then finally the Sahasrara the (top of the head) is affected by meditation and all other instruments put together at once.

As Baba (Deepak Suchde) encourages all the growers, farmers, and consultants to have long term goals towards sustainable farming using Natueco science with the focus towards gaining fertile nutritious soil.
Fertile soil allows plants to grow closer to their genetic potential in both yield and quality. It helps plants resist insects and disease, increases the palatability of feeds and the flavour of produce. Fertile soil treats plants as mother who cares her baby in her womb and provides all nutrition, protection and growth without any interference of external factor. Same way soil takes care of plants growth and health by continuously providing nutrition to its roots, stem and leaves which gives resistance to fight against any kind of harmful pathogens or disease. Most of the minerals are converted by soil biology into the plant-available form, and its achieved by either plants pick them up for immediate use, or the minerals are stored in the soil for use at a later time.
Minerals in soil can be measured only through soil test and A soil test measures the deficiency or sufficiency of previously digested minerals held in reserve for future plant uptake Subsequent soil tests studied chemistry to efficiently extract nutrients from the soil irrespective of plant availability. As per Morgan test the soil testing has 4 R’s ( Right levels, Right Ratios, Right Spectrum and  Right Environment).  Morgan emphasized on four basic minerals are Magnesium required at desired level of 250 – 350 lbs and deficiency cat lead to leaf health; Potassium required at desired level of 150 to 250 lbs and its deficiency can lead to carbohydrate production in plant and Lastly the potassium required at desired level of 150 to 450 lbs and deficiency can lead to Yield and Fruit production in plant. The ratio of it can be achieved by feeding 4 basic elements in right proportion and most importantly they required in right ratio which was never taken care by manual feeding through fertilizers.
Ultimately, the goal of environment mental wellness can only be achieved by holistic and sustainable way is through Natueco science. Natueco farming is a method of holistic farming to meet the needs of farming and food today. Its goal is to maximize carbon or biomass and not necessarily maximize economic gain in the narrow sense. It is also about maximizing output with minimum input in energy terms. the fundamental belief system in Natueco concept is that it is a science of life and life is all about energy. Natueco is not about farming and definitely not only about farming for production and distribution. It is a lifestyle and its journey towards oneself and inner journey can eventually leads through the path of Love, laugh and harmonious living with nature by everyone forever at the same time and place with minimal foot mile and footprint.
